Affording Christian Education
At Grove, it is our desire to make Christian education as affordable as possible for as many families as possible. We offer multiple payment options to help families with affordability and we also provide need-based financial aid. The Virginia 529 Plans can be used to pay K-12 private school tuition and there are tax advantages. Consult your tax professional for more information.
Fees:
In addition to the tuition cost, we charge some fees for certain programs that students participate in. This keeps the overall cost more affordable. Participation in sports, some elective classes, and some advanced classes have additional fees associated with them and will be added directly to your account during the school year.
- Application Fee – $95 per student
- Enrollment Fee – $300 per student
- Curriculum Fee – $150 (K-5) $200 (6-12)
- Elective Fee – $75 (MS/US Art, Culinary Arts, Robotics, STEM)
- AP Exam Fee – $98
- Athletic Fee – $150
- Withdrawal Fee – 50% of annual tuition in addition to any previously paid tuition
- Late Fee – $35
- All fees are non-refundable
Payment Plans:
Grove offers five different payment methods to accommodate the varying budget needs of our school families. Tuition may be paid in the following payment plans:
- Annual (Aug)
- Semester payments (Aug and Jan)
- Quarterly payments (Aug-Oct-Jan-Apr)
- Monthly x 10 (Aug-May)
- Monthly x 11 (July-May)
