God is Patient with Us.
What makes waiting so hard? How has God been patient with us throughout history? How can I learn patience with myself and others by knowing Jesus?

SKU: CAMP7-12 Category:

Waiting is hard. For hundreds of years, God showed patience towards the people of Israel while they waited for the Messiah. We can learn from God’s patience and see the ways that He continues to be patient with us while we learn from our own decisions. Through Bible teaching and worship, reading and math centers, structured playtime, and hands-on learning in science, technology, engineering, and math, campers will learn about God’s patience and work towards developing patience towards themselves and others.

While learning about God’s patience towards the people of Israel, campers will engage in the engineering design process to imagine, plan, create, and improve a marble maze and marble roller coaster. Using what they have learned, campers will work together to design a complex Rube Goldberg machine. Campers will share their findings by creating an interactive video of their projects. This camp is ideal for children who like to build and design new ideas, children who enjoy engineering and technology, and children who want to learn and grow from their own challenges!
